HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a
    positive work environment.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with company policies and legal
    requirements.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and
    knowledge.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create training programs aligned with business
    objectives.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on goal setting and
    performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor and assess employee performance, providing feedback and support to enhance
    productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s
    degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience 3 years in HR roles, preferably in managerial or leadership positions.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
