HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a
positive work environment. - Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with company policies and legal
requirements.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and
knowledge. - Collaborate with department heads to create training programs aligned with business
objectives. - Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on goal setting and
performance improvement plans. - Monitor and assess employee performance, providing feedback and support to enhance
productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s
degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. - Proven experience 3 years in HR roles, preferably in managerial or leadership positions.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
